I'm trying to cancel my second tivo box as we have taken the TV out of our bedroom but I'm not having much luck finding out how to. Can anybody point me in the right direction please?

Sorry to see you've been left waiting for a response to your post. Can you please advise me if you've been able to speak to our team to have this resolved?
To cancel services we would recommend calling us on 0345 454 1111 and selecting Option 4, followed by Option 2
The best time to call would be just after we open at 8am, before we experience a high volume of callers into our call centre
