Can’t watch TiVo in another room

I have 2 tv6 in the house and before I could watch the programmes recorded on the tv6 downstairs in the bedroom. 

Now it cannot connect and play the programmes. Both are on the same network

How are they connected to the Hub?
If you look in the home>settings>network>connection - what do they report on the quality of the connection?

They are both connected via wifi and both show on network signal 100%(excellent)

Switch the Hub and V6's off and unplug for 5'. Restart the Hub and allow it time to connect to the network. Then plug in the V6's and start them up. That should remake the network connections - see if that stabilises them.
