Can’t access Netflix

Hello

I’m currently unable to access Netflix via Virgin. I go to Netflix via the TV guide or the Netflix app, where I see the holding image ad for The Crown. I hit the red button, the Netflix logo appears, then it goes back to the Crown image. It’s been like it for a few days. Been watching Netflix on my laptop instead, very frustrating. Any suggestions gratefully received!

You didnt say what the of box you have I take it you have turned power of to box and Rebooted if its a v6 need to reboot bb aswell.as the box.
