After receiving a marketing call I decided to go ahead with a promotion that would improve my broadband speed and give me more channels. How long will this take to come into effect on my account?
Also the line was pretty choppy and there was some difficulty at times communicating. I would like to look at the details of what I've signed up for again. Is there anywhere I can view this, or do I need to wait for it to kick in?
