COVID 19 BILL - SKY SPORTS SUBSCRIPTION

Due to the outbreak of Coronavirus meaning that Sports are currently not on, Virgin Media said that we can stop payments for Sky Sports which is great, and this happened in March which meant a reduced bill and payment.

However, for April the bill is showing as normal yet no Sports are back at the moment and we still aren't watching Sky Sports so I don't understand this?

 

Can someone please explain what we need to do?

Check your account within My Virgin Media. Some customers have seen the credit applied after their most recent bill so it applies to the next one instead.

Credits will continue until the Sports restart so over the period you will get the appropriate amount of adjustment to cover the non-Sports period. If the credit is applied a bill behind due to the credit timing then it will apply to a bill after the Sports restart.
