Re: CBeebies pixelation

That channel is a high frequency channel and usually only pixelates when there is a loose connection/cable,  please can you check your connectors on the back of the box and the wall and any splitters along that cable as this will cause pixelation if they are loose.

thanks

Jason

Re: CBeebies pixelation

Different channels work on different frequencies, that channel is one one of the highest frequencies which plays up first whenever there is something wrong, if you have a small box about the size of a smoke alarm battery with a little number on it on the back of your television box try removing that and see if that improves the picture, if you haven’t got one then you will need to book an appointment for it to be diagnosed.

Re: CBeebies pixelation

Also check CBBC-HD on 701, and BBC4-HD on 107 - I believe they're carried on the same frequency so would also be affected.

The advice 're reporting the fault to VM, stands.

Re: CBeebies pixelation

If it’s not there it’s nothing to worry about but follow all the cabling and make sure everything’s tight and not loose or kinked.

if still an issue please report it to 150 or 0345 454 1111
