C219 Error

Unable to get past the verification of my Virgin Media TV set up and I receive the error C219. 

I know this is to do with a coax cable but is this something that a Virgin Media engineer will need to come and install? Will a standard aerial not do the job?

Further to that, you say, "Unable to get past the verification of my Virgin Media TV set up"  Is this a new installation?  if so you may need to call up to have the box activated. The activation number is 0800 953 9500  - if calling this number you should have the serial number of the box handy.
