C133 error a d port faliure

There are no known faults in my area and to check this I have just run the tests and all came back with No faults. The error screen states that the Following Ports need to be opened on router:

Port Configuration Test Failed
TCP port 80, 8080,7287,7288 and 8081.

also C133 error comes up cannot load apps and sound on normal tv stop starts very juddery

Hi Harvey01,

You can ignore the message to open the ports. This also shows up on equipment that is fully working and has no errors.

Have you tried rebooting the box and following the instructions in virgin-tv-error-codes/c133 ?

Did all that a few times over unplugging mains and Ethernet , reconnected many times. Then turned tv off for an hour and all working why I don’t know
