Every time I watch BT sports channels the sound drops out every minute or so.
It's the only channels I get this problem with.
How do I fix this?

I'm sorry to hear you've been experiencing some sound issues when viewing the BT Sport channels. There is a known issue affecting the sound on BT Sport 4k which you can find more about here
However if this issue isn't related to your's, just let me know and I can look into this further for you.
That does sound similar to my issue.

Thanks for coming back. Can you please try changing your audio settings to Dolby Digital to PCM? To do this, you'll need to go to HOME > Help & Settings > Settings > Audio and select Dolby Digital to PCM.
Let me know how that goes.
I've changed the sound setting to PCM, it has made a slight difference.
Instead of the sound dropping out it now continues but is garbled/wobbly (it sounds like interference, voice breaking up but words vaguely recognizable).
Can I do anything else?
