Boxing PPV not working

Typical virgin media. Paid £20 for tonight’s boxing. Problem with the signal. Gives you an on screen phone number. Call and get a recorded message saying they can’t see a fault with my service despite the error message in front of me.. told to turn off the router etc then hangs up your call. Call back again, recognises I’ve tried to call previously and that the fault isn’t fixed, but just says that your office is closed and hangs up the call. No other way to contact anyone. 

Any suggestions?

We’re having the exact same problem - is it a W03 code?

Yes. So frustrating. Tried unplugging everything 3 times. Still no luck and Virgin never have a way to contact anyone. Bet they still try to charge us!

Same problem here.  W03 code pops up.  Called them and followed their automated steps, box was reset but still 'signal error'.  Frustrating..........
