Box not working

Hi,

My box has stopped working, all connections checked and it keeps hanging whilst trying to boot up, its my additional room box and its old. How do I go about getting a replacement.

What box is it?
You call it in - they are still picking up the phone calls and arranging tech visits to sort problems.
