Really sorry this is still on going, I can assure you it's not the level of service we aim to provide.
I've had a look at the back end of things and think a tech visit is needed, therefore I've booked the next available visit we have available.
All details of the visit can be found via your online account here if this doesn't suit you then you'll be able to book another visit from there. If you find things are working before the visit takes place then you can also cancel the visit.
You'll also need somebody over the age of 18 in the property at the time.
