Blurred picture after additional box installation

I can’t get anyone to help when I call Virgin- on hold for hours. I had an additional box installed today and the picture from it is awful - all blurry. Any suggestions welcome as I can’t through to anyone to help. Thanks

I have checked remotely and can see one of your boxes is unreachable, are you able to turn this on and we can run some tests?
