i live in the wv6 area of Wolverhampton (area 04). Over the last couple of weeks we are experiencing blocky distorted channels every evening. It varies in intensity. I have checked all connections inside and out and even swapped TiVo boxes but the fault remains. No overheat issue possible
When I log onto my account it tells me the service is all ok but when I phone it informs me of an ongoing fault in the area so I’m not sure which information is accurate. The online test keeps faulting so that’s no help either
Calling for help is just a nightmare and this evening I went round and round and then got cut off. Could anyone help please

We've had a look and can see that there is a fault under the reference F008128904. This is due to be resolved on the 29th June 2020 by 09:00AM.
Whilst this fault is on going you might find that your Virgin Fibre, Virgin TV or TiVo® services are intermittent, with the picture freezing or disappearing now and then. We are sorry and our engineers are working hard to resolve this for you.
