Billing

Hi 

I received a mail today informing my promotion ends on 10th July and will have to pay 61.50 then on. It also states that I was enjoying discounted price of 44.50. But in reality I was paying 54.30 each month. Can someone please explain.

There should be a breakdown of each charge on your bill which you can view by logging into My Virgin Media on the home page virginmedia.com

Unfortunately the Forum don't deal with billing.

You could try the text messaging service for more answers.

Just send  a text with a description of billing  to 07533 051809. Your message will go into a queue and a representative will respond to you as soon as possible. It may take a few days. 

You can also call  150 from your Virgin landline, or 0345 454 1111, but best to call at 8am to avoid call queues.
