Billing

Was asked to pay £32.65 to get services resorted.  I paid that now asking for another £92 about 30 minutes later.  Paid around £80 now.  Will services be restored or not? and do I have to do anything else? I am below the £180 credit level now

It’s important to understand that you do not have any credit facility with Virgin Media.

You must pay each bill in full and on time to ensure you continue to receive the service.

The ‘credit limit’ you have applied to your account is a mechanism to limit what you can spend on PPV programs and telephone calls between bills.
