Billed for a netflix account I don't have

Hi,

I received my VM bill yesterday, only to find that I have been billed a premium neflix account. The problem is that I do not have a netflix account. I checked with netflix and they have said that there is no account under my email address. How do I remove this charge from my bill before I pay next month?

If you download the MYVIRGINMEDIA app (virginmedia.com/myvirginmedia) and log in with your account details, you can question these billing issues.
