Bereavement

My Mum died in November of last year and Virgin have still not refunded the £60 owing, despite numerous requests, the last one being March 23rd when a cheque was promised within 2 weeks.  Sure, the lockdown is here now, but virgin have not contacted me to explain the delay and this has been going on since December 19. Here’s the question- how do I get directly in touch with your Bereavement section, rather than having to wait for 60 minutes plus on the phone?
