BT Sport

I've just added BT Sport to my package and had confirmation its switched on but its not showing on my TIVO yet. Can anyone manually activate it please.

Hi Sarah_B,

If you added the package on the phone it's usually updated almost immediately. If you added by any other method it can take up to 48 hours as the channels need to be added manually.

Have you tried rebooting your box? 

Also if it's a V6 box (not sure if it works on the old TIVO) you could try  the following:-

Using your remote control go to

 Help & Settings > Help > Virgin T> go up to the top of the screen then TV Care and press OK >  Missing Channels.? > Refresh my channels list

It may take around 15/20 minutes to update and you may need to reboot.

Thanks.  We updated over the internet - so we might have to wait.  Sadly I got a 'logging in' error when trying to "refreshing my channel list"
