BT Sport 30 Day Notice

I rang earlier today to give my 30 days notice to cancel BT Sports, but lost access to the channels immediately.

The call centre just passed me off to technical help who never answer the phone, when they eventually understood that i wasn't best pleased to be paying for something i couldn't access anymore.

I either want access restored for the 30 day notice period or for the 30 day period to be waived as I dont have access.

Sorry to hear of this forever_on_hold.

 

Have you been able to watch BT Sports since your last post?

 

I have looked into your account but cannot see the end result of what the team was trying to do to get this resolved.

The 30 day notice is inconsistent.

In the past I have called up to give 30 days notice and told to call back in 30 days time.  And when I called back 30 days later told it would be 30 days before the cancellation!!!

Also I downgraded a few days ago on 3 July and was able to do it there and then or on 29 July (which is 26 days notice).  As I want to watch the FA Cup semis, I took the latter option.
