Having issues trying to watch BT Sport 2 HD picture keeps breaking up and stuttering, anyone else had this issue?
If you've rebooted your box and the same problem happens, you likely have a signal fault which you need to report to Virgin.
By means of further proving this theory, can you check any of the following channels that you have...
Sky Nature HD, Sky News HD, ITV-be HD, MTV HD.
If any of these are also affected, then a signal fault is further confirmed.
Check with Virgin status line on 0800 5610061 for known faults, else call them to report yours.. 150 from a VM phone or 0345 4541111 from any other phone. You will likely need an engineer callout.
