So whats the procedure for cancelling my BT broadband and Phone? I have had Virgin broadband and phone installed a couple of days ago. Just phoned BT and they said Virgin need to pick up the phone number before anything gets cancelled. Do I have to do anything?
Hi, thanks for the reply. Keeping the same number. Installation guy said it might take 5 days to transfer over the number to Virgin. The line is working I just don't have my old number yet. Once that's done do virgin then tell BT to cancel everything? that's what the BT guy said. That true?
