Hi, trying to catch up on this series butif I try to watch the first episode, the third is played instead.
Any suggestion to what I should do?

Thank you for your post, I have replicated the same issue with my box, when I select part 3 it plays part two, I have passed this on to be looked into

I eventually called customer service and was told as it was a broadcast issue and not a service issue there wasnt anything they could do or point me in the right direction.
I have no doubt you'll get through to the right people. I think access to the series expires in mid june. Hopefully it will resolved by then.
