Hi again,

 

In speaking with the TV gurus, I've been advised that this is an issue we're aware of but haven't yet been able to identify the root cause. They are continuing to investigate and work towards a fix for this, but I'm afraid you'll have to bear with us for the time being.

It'd be nice if this could be sorted without a replacement box, which is over 70% full of recordings, which I'd lose, unless there would be a way to transfer them via cable to a new box, should my Tivo be faulty.

Currently, you are not able to transfer any recordings to a new box - sorry. 

 

If you do ever decide to upgrade to a V6 box, we can certainly  get that arranged for you though.
