Apps

Hi, I keep getting an error message saying apps are not available at this time. The on demand is working but not Netflix etc. Any tips on how to fix this?

You can try resetting the box. Turn it off with the switch on the back then turn back on whilst holding + and the standby button on front of box. Keep hold until the welcome screen appears
