Apps not working

Got my start up kit yesterday set it all up cant use any apps on the box apart from netflix all the others say one moment the chuck me back to the app screen tries a reboot still no joy 

Any one had a similar issue

Sometimes, it can take a day or so for all the online apps & services to start working. Do you have a TiVo or a V6? If you're not sure, check here 

Check if you can watch any programmes from VOD (try ITV, C4 or C5 CatchUp - these use OnDemand). That will be a good test of your box's internet connection.

ive got a v6 box ive tried a few on demand and some are working netflix is still working ive also tried  a WiFi connection instead of eternet cable but still same issue

If VOD works, your box has a working internet connection.

Have you tried restarting your box? Home > Help & Settings > Clear or reset my TiVo box.
