Amazon prime video login

Hi there,

I just signed up to Amazon prime and decided to try and watch the videos through my tv. 
When I loaded the Prime Video app on my tv there was no option to sign in, only to press ‘sign up’. I pressed it and automatically it said welcome - does this mean I now have a second subscription which will be charged to the same card as my virgin account? 
If a new account has been made I can’t see my login details to try and cancel it via Amazon.

any help is much appreciated !

Hi once you have signed up you can access it on multiple devices, you will not be charged any extra for doing so. Regards Micky

Thanks for your reply. What I meant was that I think I have signed up via my tv, which is not what I want as I already have an account. 
so I was keen to understand if by clicking ‘sign up’ on my tv I created a new account, what are the login details etc so I can go onto amazon prime on the web and close the account

You can't create a new account just by clicking sign up
