I switch my upstairs TV on and noticed ALL channels have vanished except 1-5!
The box itself is an ancient old TV+ box. Have you disabled it because it's so old??
If you have it would have been nice to be notified! Can you send a new box out?
I have tried calling but its just too busy.
In every instance where old boxes have been disabled, there's been plenty of warning given both on-screen and often by letter and/or email as well.
The forum team may pick up this thread in a few days, but calling C/S will be the quickest way to get a replacement box sent to you - so your service gets restored.
