All TV channels pixelated and it's been like this for most of this afternoon and now into the evening.
I am unable to obtain any information about how long this outage will be - even service status page says VM is 'doing some work on My Virgin Media at the moment as part of an upgrade to provide you with an even better service....We're sorry this part of the site isn’t available at the moment. Everything will be back to normal again soon, so please come back and try again shortly.' It's been like this for most of this afternoon and now into the evening.
No help on the phone either as I can't get through!
Better service - who are they kidding, and for a communications company, there is a complete lack of regards for their customers.

I have had a quick look to view the area you're in and confirm there was a known issue with pix-elation in that area. This should now be resolved. Please do contact us if this is not the case.
