I have just connected my tv box and have 7400 error. I have a contract for over a year but have never used tv service (only broadband which is working fine). How can I activate tv service - call center not working ?!?!?
As your TV box has never been plugged in, it gets de-activated on the cable network.
You have no choice but to join the very busy queues to request its activation.
