Account credit

Hi. My usual bill is £90, due to COVID-19 I have frozen Sky Sports and BT sports. I had an email confirming this, now when I log in it says there is a credit on my account of £48 which I assume is the cost of the sports channels. My question is, will the £48 come off my monthly bill, will it be paid to my bank account as a separate transaction or is this credit “stored” on my account for future use? It isn’t clear when I log in to My Account

Thanks

Re: Account credit

it will come off your next bill. so if they have even you the whole credit at once (looks like they have) it will be used off your next bill and the bills after that will be as normal

Re: Account credit

I've just had the same email. £27 for Sky Sports and £9.25 for BT Sport, credited on 1st April. If that's per month, I'm really not paying Virgin Media very much money at all!
