Sorry to see that your good self and others local to you are having issues.
You could call the number advised to you by brimful in the other thread you've raised this matter.
0345 454 1111 or 150 if you have a virgin landline.
It's best to call first thing on a morning as lines are generally less busy then.
I notice brimful has an engineer appointment scheduled for tomorrow. It may be a cabinet issue and the engineer can fix it, and at the same recifiy the issues others are experiencing.
If it is found to be an area fault then engineers won't be sent out to individual customers as that will not fix their issue.
Hopefully the lovely agent brimful spoke to will have informed her manager that it's been reported as an area issue. Also this will probably be fed back by Forum Staff.
You could sign into My Virgin Media and check for faults in your area to see if it's been picked up. You can also run tests from there.
There is also a Service Status number you can call which gives information on local issues down to postcode level 0800 561 0061
