Had a new box v6 box delivered and set up now just getting 7400 error
Have done phone call to activate but nothing changed???
When you called C/S to activate your box, what were you advised? Was the activation completed for you?
As per the online instructions for Error 7400, I would suggest waiting 30minutes after your call and running the recommended online checks.
If that fails, then I would suggest calling the activation line again - and make sure you're quoting the correct box serial number.

The number I was told to call was an automated line, didn't speak to a human at all.
