You may be right about them deactivating the second box in error. Normally you need to phone 0800 953 9500 to get your box re- activated. Looking at a few ot the posts in the braodband section it looks like there may be a problem with the activation process so I suggest you wait until 8:00am tomorrow when the lines reopen and try then.
