I signed up for the Bigger bundle + Sports package back in July (30/07/19), which included a 43" Toshiba 4K Smart TV.
Was informed on installation the TV would come approximately 6 weeks after signing up. It's been almost 9 weeks and still no sign of it and no correspondence to suggest arrangements have been made.
How do I get my TV?
As far as I know free gift incentives are done through third party companies have you checked your contract for contact detail regarding the Tv. Failing that you will need to get in touch with VM either by phone , web chat or email.
