2nd box ‘check cable signal’. Message

I have replaced the HDMI, checked the box and tv connections, rebooted etc. Do I assume it’s the cable in from outside. It was installed many years ago

What "Box" are you talking about - Tivo or V6 ?

Is the 1st box OK - what box is that?

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired 2 WiFi,) SH2 in modem mode with Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's. On VIVID200, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.

I have the new trial box in both rooms. Only one is a problem. It come in via a separate connection.  I have swapped out the TVs, the HDMI cable and reset the box But it makes no difference.
