2nd TV

This must be easy, but I cannot find it on the Virgin website and when I email I get a message saying their inbox is full.

How do I get a gizmo - a V6 box maybe?  so that I can get the same Virgin Media service on a second TV ?  (The TV has USB & HDMI sockets and is under 2 metres from a computer that uses the wifi signal).  Just a link to the right web page would be fine.  Thank you

Re: 2nd TV

Hi oldsteve99,

You would need to contact the regrades department.

You could try the text messaging service. Just send  a text with a description of regrade  to 07533 051809. Your message will go into a queue and a representative will respond to you as soon as possible. It may take a few days.

You can also call  150 from your Virgin landline, or 0345 454 1111, options 1,1 and 4 (Changes to your package) but best to call at 8am to avoid call queues or around tea time

Re: 2nd TV

The multiroom setup is briefly described here

Others are more familiar with the pricing structure, but I believe a second box is £7.50/month to have your current package replicated on additional boxes.

As already advised, give V/M a call and see what they can offer you.

Re: 2nd TV

If you scroll down the page japitts provided the link to and click on TV below the legal stuff you see this paragraph,

"Existing customers adding TV: £30 network installation fee where QuickStart is unavailable. £10 monthly recurring service extension fee for the first box plus £5 monthly recurring service extension fee for any additional box."
