very poor tv service b28 postcode

On demand services have not been working for at least a week,you just get a black screen, website says its just all 4 on demand thats down it isnt its everything. phoned up friday fix date was 13th oct,ive just looked on website its now 20th oct poor show all round,id phone again but it took me 80 mins to get through last time. Virgin guy told me when its fixed there will be a blanket compensation for those affected, if there isnt ill be on the phone 0800 0521920 to vent my spleen.

I'm going to guess you've got a 4K UHD-TV, VOD plays the lead-in adverts but then stops.. and your live TV is otherwise fine?

If that's the case, your V6 needs to be connected to a port on your TV that supports HDCP2.2
