This can often happen when the web page is stored in your cache.
When you use a browser, like Chrome, it saves some information from websites in its cache and cookies. Clearing them fixes certain problems, like loading errors or oops something went wrong messages, as the browser then makes a new attempt to load pages freshly.
Have you tried a different browser?
