hi, I've 2 v6 boxes that won't connect. they've been off for several weeks.
To begin with, what do you mean by "won't connect"?
Roger's point is valid - VM TV boxes that are disconnected from the network for extended periods can sometimes be deactivated. In this case, I'd expect you to have error messages on live TV and problems with the EPG not populated.
