hi, I've 2 v6 boxes that won't connect. they've been off for several weeks. I've tried rebooting boxes & wifi but no pictures at all. what else should I try?

If the boxes have not had a network connection for weeks then they are probably deactivated.

To begin with, what do you mean by "won't connect"?

Roger's point is valid - VM TV boxes that are disconnected from the network for extended periods can sometimes be deactivated. In this case, I'd expect you to have error messages on live TV and problems with the EPG not populated.

hi thanks. I left them on for a few days and tried again, this time they connected and are fine.

Hi thenel,

Thanks for the update here. I'm glad to hear things are now working with your TV boxes. If you have any further issues, or queries, please feel free to create a new post and our team and community will be happy to lend a hand.
