Hi, I'm having a issue with my box jumping from the welcome page to a picture of a flashing white arrow, I've cheked all the cables, unplugged and rebooted and nothing seems to be working......
Your box is trying to download a firmware update, which can take some time (usually 2 hours max).
As long as the box is hooked up to your hub (either wired or wireless) there should be no issues with the download.
If you have left it longer than the above time, then give faults a call.
