v6 box issue auto help not working

We're having some issues on our end Allow us 30 minutes to get our diagnostics tools up and running again

30 minutes comes and goes

What is the actual issue with your V6 box?

Is there an error code showing on screen along with a message?   If so you should look it up on the following page as that may help resolve the issue 

https://www.virginmedia.com/care/tv-error-code/which-error-code 

Have you used the /check-services/i  function? You can also a run a test on your equipment from there. 

If nothing is showing  you could also try the automated Service Status number  0800 561 0061.  This often gives details of more local issues down to postcode level.

Just getting a blank screen, the self help said there is an issue with the box, and to wait in chat, but that closed

Is this blank screen on live TV? OnDemand/streaming?

Are you still able to access your V6 menu system &/or EPG?

Hi yeah the box is dead, engineer is coming tomorrow.

The second one, daughters broke recently too.
