The sound whilst using our v6 box (whether live tv, recordings or through apps e.g. Netflix) beeps or chirps a lot, constantly cuts out, and the whole box regularly restarts itself.
We've changed the HDMI cables and still have the same problem.
What can I do?
If the box is repeatedly restarting itself as you describe, it sounds faulty.
I'd call TV Faults and report it.
