unable to get subtitles on any of the movie channels

Hi we suddenly get no subtitles on the movie channels, news channels etc are ok. Is this  just a temporary fault?

Which channels are you having problems with - can you be specific?

Subtitles are working fine for me on Sky Hits HD, as an example.

Sky Cinema Sci-fi Horror has subtitles as well as Sky Cinema Hits

As per previous posts, can you be specific which channels you're having problems with?

Individual channel names or EPG numbers will help.

Sky cinema HD are the problem 

eg sky cinema premiere etc

the on demand it ok been fixed

Aha, yes I agree. Sky Cinema Premiere on 401 has no subtitles
