Yes on live tv, Not on demand, not on recorded programs. All live channels.
Swapped HDMI leads. Not make of TV as I have the same TV as when it happened with other TV box from Virgin. I should say it happens about twice every day.
As I said in my OP when I had this happen with the last TV box from Virgin, I phoned them and they told me what to do....and it sorted it....Wish I could remember what to do but, that was 2 years ago.
I guess I will wait for the Covid excuse to finally end, (They cannot answer the phone as they have less staff........Err, they work from home) then maybe I can get through to customer services.
