TiVo box not worked for over a week. After running all the service checks and waiting hours to speak to virgin, I ordered new remote, thinking this was the issue. No joy, as new remote cannot pair with TiVo box. Light on TiVo box stuck on orange, even after turning off and on several times. Now can't get through to virgin on the phone, so frustrating! Any ideas about fixing the problem or advice about how to order new TiVo box or book engineer?
