s102 error code

just installed new v6 box and getting s102 error code, been on to tech support at vm and not getting anywhere,  can anyone assist please?

As per https://www.virginmedia.com/help/virgin-tv-error-codes/s102 this can often only be resolved by calling in.

Can you explain more of what you mean by "not getting anywhere" when you called VM faults? What did they say, do or advise?

hi I have added the v6 box to my account , but still getting the s102 error code been trying to get thru to tech support to activate the box for hours with no success going to try again today. unless any one can advise anything else?
