replacement remote control order - how to confirm order is placed and tracked
We have broken our remote control 😞
We have reordered another one for our V6 TV for free (which is kind).
I am concerned if the order has gone through OK. We ordered last Sat so its not massively late yet.
However I am concerned as when I try to "track my order" it tells me "It looks like you don't have any open orders!"
When I go to the section where I originally ordered the remote and try and order another it tells me "Looks like you've ordered a new remote. It can take 3-5 working days for your remote to reach you so please sit tight" but I am concered the two messages seem to conflict especially as I received no email or phone confirmation that my remote order had been placed.
