Hi i contacted customer service over a week ago regarding my tv box that is clearly faulty. They tried to send signals etc to the box to no avail. I have heard nothing since. Is this normal procedure? Has anybody else experienced this?
In what way is your V6 "clearly faulty"?
A red light is what the V6 displays when it's in standby.

sorry to butt in. I have the same issue. I spoke to customer service last week. Went through all the unplugging etc. Have now not heard anything since. Help
