Hi we recently changed from Sky, the picture quality across all channels are really. the pixelation is really bad. we have only been with virgin from the 23rd July 2020. to say we are really disappointed is an understatement. Can someone get back to us asap
Also are there any particular channels that are affected? If it genuinely is all channels, it would strongly suggest something not right with your video output or TV settings somewhere, or a dodgy HDMI cable.
